Description
Must be employed or appointed as a law enforcement officer by a State or local law enforcement agency or be a federal law enforcement officer. Fees may apply for federal and out of state law enforcement.

Solo Active Shooter Response for SROs is a dynamic, scenario-based training designed specifically for School Resource Officers. Conducted inside a functioning middle school, this course immerses participants in realistic environments to enhance their decision-making, tactics, and response times during active shooter incidents when operating alone. Officers will engage in hands-on drills focusing on rapid threat identification, communication, and immediate threat neutralization—all while prioritizing the safety of students and staff. This course reinforces the critical role SROs play as first responders in school-based emergencies.
