School Resource Officer Legal Update

Must be employed or appointed as a law enforcement officer by a State or local law enforcement agency or be a federal law enforcement officer. Fees may apply for federal and out of state law enforcement.

This one-day course provides School Resource Officers with the most up-to-date legal information affecting school-based law enforcement. Attendees will review recent legislative changes, case law updates, and legal standards that directly impact daily operations within K–12 environments.
