Must be employed or appointed as a law enforcement officer by a State or local law enforcement agency or be a federal law enforcement officer. Fees may apply for federal and out of state law enforcement.

This training program is designed for individuals transitioning into supervisory roles. The goal is to equip new supervisors with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead and manage a team. It will cover core areas like communication, performance management, conflict resolution, delegation, and ethical decision-making, among others.
